Would you like to increase your focus, mental clarity, strength and balance? Join the Hatha Yin Yoga classes!

Each class will focus on accessible yoga poses for the shoulders and the upper body. The aim is to help you release muscular tension and knots in the upper back and the neck. One hour practice will reset your body into the state which promotes physical and mental relaxation and healing. During each class you will practice simple, yet effective relaxation/ meditation techniques you can use at home or even in the office. The classes are slow-paced. There is no prior yoga experience required.

Nice and Need to knows:

  • Any level of fitness is fine.
  • No sweating is involved.
  • Best to practice on an empty stomach (last meal 1,5 hours before the class).
  • Recommended: comfortable sport clothes (in layers), something to keep you warm during the relaxation part (for instance, long sleeves, sport sweater, hoody, socks.) and a towel. There is a toilet around the corner where you can change.
  • Yoga mats, blocks and blankets will be provided, but you can bring your own of course.
  • You have to pick up your yoga mat, block and blanket before the lesson at HP A.04.159 (Finance Strategy room). Please return them back at the same place after the lesson.
  • Afterwards your help may be required to put the furniture back.
  • The minimum number of participants is 5. The maximum number of participants is 20.
  • Registration is required, you can sign up below.
  • If you cannot attend the class you registered for, please cancel/update your registration, so other colleagues get a chance to participate.
