We kindly ask you for your consent on portrait rights. There is no obligation however we would be grateful if you would provide us with consent on the use of photos, recordings, videos, etc.

Occasionally recording a meeting might have a specific (learning) goal. You will be informed upfront if this is the case. The recording of meetings will only be used internally.

Since we are very proud to have you in our team we would like to be able to inform more people about this inspiring journey you are going through. This is why we also ask for your consent regarding promoting purposes both internally and potentially externally in case of our partner Minkowski. You will also be informed upfront about the purpose of these portraits.

Meetings will not be recorded by default. Images will be stored in a secure location and only authorized staff will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant and after that time destroyed or archived. You may revoke this consent by notifying Leadership.Development@NN-Group.com. The revocation will not affect any actions taken before the receipt of this written notification.

Cancellation policy

With your registration we expect you to do everything in your capacity to be fully available, aiming for a 100% attendance.

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise and plans may need to be changed. Should you not be able to participate in the programme, please inform us as soon as possible via leadership.development@nngroup.com. For no-shows and cancellations we established the following policy:

Cancellations made less than 1 month before the start of the programme will result in your business unit being charged in full for all programme costs.
In addition, not being able to participate in the live module will result in your business unit being charged in full for all programme costs.

Honoring this policy will allow you and your colleagues to make the most of this unique development experience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy.
