Why

We are living in a world that is changing more rapidly than ever before. In this context new questions arise that need new answers: what do we need to do to keep our NN purpose alive and continue to drive long-term value creation for our customers and all our stakeholders?

How

The focus of the LEAD 4 programme is developing participants toward people-oriented change leaders. We do this by developing a futures-ready mindset and by fostering the realisation of which role NN plays in the world (i.e., what does it mean to be a listed company) and what is my role as a leader in the organisation.

The programme offers a combination of networking, personal & leadership development and NN business acumen. In that light we will challenge you to identify what this future asks of you personally as a leader. How will you stay relevant as a leader? What will you do to get from your best practice to a next practice? And what is your responsibility for the future in a company that is publicly listed? What should you hold on to, and what can you let go of?

Aside from your personal learning journey, this programme will challenge the group of senior leaders of NN to help our entire organisation to be ready and prepare for the unknown future and take position on what will matter most.

What

Participants will dive in an interactive off and online programme over a period of 4 months. Besides online theory, acceleration sessions and peer group coaching, the highlight is a 3-day module which will take place in real- life in the Netherlands. In addition, since this is a "learning journey" we challenge participants to create personal learning agendas with which they continue to work after this programme.
